A.	We aim to have your hosting set up within 24 hours, out side this time set may take a little longer. We don’t use instant activation for security reasons as we like to check all orders before activating them on our system.

A.	We don’t offer free trials instead we offer a full no questions asked 30 day money back guarantee. This means that you can trial any of our account risk free for 30 days and if in the very unlikely event you find it isn’t what you were looking for you can have a full refund.

A.	Currently we don’t sell domain names and are a pure web hosting company. We can however purchase domains on your behalf using an accredited domain registrar.
